Zero-Upload Privacy Architecture

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

At StylishMart PDF Tools (accessible via https://stylishmart.shop/), one of our core architectural tenets is the complete protection of your confidential document data. This Privacy Policy document outlines our unique client-side security model, details our zero-upload guarantee, and explains our relationships with third-party vendors including Google AdSense.

1. The Zero-Upload Guarantee: Your Files Never Leave Your Device

Unlike standard cloud converter services, StylishMart executes all document parsing, rendering, and conversion entirely on the client side within your web browser:

  • No File Transmission: When you select, drag-and-drop, or paste a PDF or image file into our converter tools, the file binary is read directly into your device's random access memory (RAM). No HTTP POST, XMLHttpRequest, Fetch API request, or WebSocket payload containing your document data is ever dispatched over the internet.
  • No Server Storage: We do not operate server-side processing queues, temporary document folders, or cloud storage buckets. We cannot view, inspect, leak, or sell your documents because we never receive them.
  • Immediate Memory Cleansing: Once you complete a download, refresh the browser tab, or navigate away, the allocated Blob URLs and memory buffers are immediately purged by your browser's garbage collector.

2. Third-Party Network Calls and CDNs

To deliver high performance and reliable client-side libraries, our static pages make network calls only to retrieve client-side JavaScript assets:

  • Cloudflare CDN (cdnjs): Used to deliver compiled, open-source static scripts: Mozilla's pdf.js, jspdf.umd.min.js, and jszip.min.js. These requests only download library code; no user data or file information is transmitted to Cloudflare.
  • Google Fonts: Used to load typography stylesheets (Inter and Outfit) from fonts.googleapis.com.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Cookies

StylishMart is monetized through advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.

  • DoubleClick DART Cookie: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Opting Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's official Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices/.

4. Log Files

Like most standard web server hosts (such as Cloudflare, GitHub Pages, or Netlify), standard internet protocol (IP) log files may be generated by the host when requests are made for the static HTML/CSS files. These logs contain internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These logs are used solely for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking aggregate user movements, and gathering demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to request that a business disclose what personal data it collects, request deletion of personal data, and request that a business not sell personal information. Because StylishMart does not collect, harvest, or sell any document contents or personal consumer identities, your private records remain exclusively on your personal device.

6. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Rights

For users residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), we adhere to the principle of "Data Protection by Design and by Default." Our zero-upload architecture ensures that no personal data processing occurs outside your explicit, local browser environment.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any amendments will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp.
